Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Zeno Link subscriptions.
1. Who Issues the Refund
Refunds are handled by whoever took the payment.
- Telegram Stars — the payment goes through Telegram and refunds follow Telegram rules.
- Bank card — the payment goes through our payment provider. We handle these requests; see sections 2 and 3.
2. When We Refund
For payments by bank card we refund in full if:
- the money was charged twice for the same period
- the subscription was not activated after a successful payment and we could not fix it
- the service was unavailable for most of the paid period for reasons on our side
We do not refund:
- a paid period that has already been used
- a purchase where the user simply changed their mind after using the service
- cases where access was blocked by an internet provider or by state authorities
- cases where the account was suspended for a breach of the Terms of Service
3. How to Request
Write to support@zeno-link.com and state the account name in Telegram, the date and amount of the payment, the payment method, and the reason for the request.
We reply within 10 business days. If the request is approved, the money is returned by the same route it arrived. The time it then takes to appear depends on the bank or the payment provider.
4. Cancelling a Subscription
A subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; the paid period already started runs to its end and is not refunded.
5. Statutory Rights
If the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you broader rights than this policy, those rights apply.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback opened without contacting us first may lead to the account being closed.
7. Abuse
We may refuse a refund in cases of repeated requests, fraudulent payments, or a breach of the Terms of Service.
