ASMO LLC operates the Zeno Link proxy service. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Zeno Link application, the Zeno Link bot in Telegram, the zeno-link.com website, and the user account linked to them. By using the service you accept this policy. If you do not accept it, stop using the service.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account data

The account identifier, name and username that Telegram provides when you use the Zeno Link bot, the link to your Telegram profile photo and the Telegram interface language, and the email address if you give one
Subscription status and payment history
Payment identifiers received from the payment provider. Full card numbers never reach us and are not stored.

2.2 Device data

A device identifier generated on the device, used to link the device to the account
Device model and name, shown in the device list in your account
Operating system version and application version

2.3 Connection data

The server you connect to
Connection time and session duration
Volume of traffic transferred
The country, city and network provider of your connection

This data is needed to operate the service, to protect it from abuse, and to plan infrastructure capacity.

2.4 Website data

Browser type for visits to the website
Aggregated usage statistics
Cookies needed for the site to function

3. What We Do Not Store

We do not store the content of your traffic or the addresses of the websites you visit through the service.

Our servers and web servers keep technical logs for operation and security. They are listed in section 8 with their retention periods.

4. Why We Use Data

to provide the service and maintain your account
to process payments and subscriptions
to answer support requests
to detect fraud and abuse of the service
to meet legal obligations

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

payment providers, to carry out a transaction
Telegram, through which the bot, sign-in and Telegram Stars payments work
infrastructure providers that host our servers
state authorities, where a lawful request applies under the law of the Republic of Armenia

Each provider may use the data only for the stated purpose.

6. Security

7. Your Rights

You may:

request a copy of your data
request correction of inaccurate data
delete your account
object to processing or withdraw your consent

You can delete your account as described at zeno-link.com/delete-account. If a paid subscription is active, cancel it first. For any other request write to support@zeno-link.com.

8. Retention

session statistics (server, traffic volume, time, country, city and network provider) are kept for 30 days; daily traffic totals are kept longer
web server and application logs are kept for up to 30 days
service metrics are kept for up to 120 days
on account deletion, personal details are erased immediately and the account is frozen
payment and subscription records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires

9. Children

The service is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about them. If such data reaches us, it is deleted.

10. International Transfers

Our servers are located in several countries, so data may be processed outside Armenia. In every case we apply a comparable level of protection.

11. Cookies

The website uses cookies needed for it to work and for anonymous statistics. You can disable them in your browser; some functions of the site may then stop working.

12. Changes

We may amend this policy. The current version is always available in the application and on the website. We announce material changes in the application or by email.
